Surya Khabibullina is a lecturer at the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) program, a specialist in marketing and sales organization, and a consultant at an audit company on improving business efficiency. She is an MBA tutor at Edinburgh Business School.

Olena Sabri is an executive career development coach with more than 20 years of experience in marketing communications at international companies such as Randstad RiseSmart, Sofitel and InterContinental in the United States and the Middle East. She is a tutor at the MBA program at Edinburgh Business School.
