The Entrepreneurship and Creativity course aims are two-fold: first, it will develop a baseline understanding of the enterprise environment and entrepreneurship, and its value; second, it will develop skills in creativity, ideas development, their refinement and commercial application.
The course critically examines entrepreneurship by providing background understanding of the nature and value of entrepreneurship in economies, and to encourage thinking about ideas, considerations of the commercial world, creativity and innovation.
The aim also is to support those who wish to develop their entrepreneurial ideas through to an investor-ready business plan and start-up.
The aim of the People, Work and Organisations course of Edinburgh Business School is for students to develop a detailed appreciation of factors influencing how people behave at work and how these link to performance.
The People, Work and Organisations (PWO) course examines a range of ideas that provide insights into how people behave at work and provide managers with the opportunity to apply theoretical principles to real life organisational issues.
Throughout the course, students are encouraged to think critically about their role as managers and to reflect on their practice in light of relevant theory.
The aim of the Economics for Business, MBA course of Edinburgh Business School, is to develop in students a systematic approach to decisionmaking and the ability to recognise, use and interpret economic information from both within the organisation and the wider environment.
The course covers aspects of economic theory and has emphasis on the practical application of economic concepts to business situations. A synoptic case study is used at the end of each module to demonstrate how each part of economic theory can be applied.
After the end of the course you will be able to propose appropriate economic solutions to deal with economic uncertainty.

Features of the MBA programme:
░ Nearly all of our MBA programme students speak English as a foreign language. Usually we do not request any proof of language proficiency, but if you have any doubts, please contact us. We will share our students’ experiences, provide full information and examples of materials.
After passing exams on each separate course, MBA students are awarded with international certificates from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, to prove successful course mastering. On the completion of 9 courses, students are awarded with a British MBA diploma.
On-campus tutors adapt course materials to local knowledge and help work out the approaches and tools learned for better application in practice.
