Delivering Successful Projects
The MBA course Delivering Successful Projects will help you master modern project management approaches and tools, as well as gain an understanding of how they can be applied to generate effective solutions. The course is useful for both experienced project managers and senior managers who are just beginning to master project management.
People, Work & Organisations
People, Work and Organizations is a course in the British MBA program that provides and systematizes the foundations of people management competencies.
On completing the course you will be able to analyze the existing design of the work organization and recommend actions to improve efficiency at the individual, group or organizational level.
