The Financial Decision Making course of MBA programme provides a practical approach to the crucial accounting and finance issues that affect organisations in today’s business environment.

The aim of the People, Work and Organisations course of Edinburgh Business School is for students to develop a detailed appreciation of factors influencing how people behave at work and how these link to performance.
The People, Work and Organisations (PWO) course examines a range of ideas that provide insights into how people behave at work and provide managers with the opportunity to apply theoretical principles to real life organisational issues.
Throughout the course, students are encouraged to think critically about their role as managers and to reflect on their practice.

The Strategic Marketing course of MBA programme of Edinburgh Business School aims to provide students with the necessary tools and frameworks to enable them to make proactive marketing decisions that take best advantage of the conditions in which the firm finds itself.
The course considers marketing, starting with the analysis of strategy and strategic goals, as well as the goals of divisions, positioning, working with the brand and more practical issues of building a company’s product or services, conducting research and hands-on tools (4P, 7P, new digital approaches etc). Students will be able to develop integrated marketing strategies.

Each MBA course is a concentrated international experience
Each course of our MBA programme can be called a self-contained international programme that contains a concentrated experience of global education, offers a wide range of business tools and helps to master the topic in order to make effective decisions at any level of management.
Features of the MBA programme:

░ Nearly all of our MBA programme students speak English as a foreign language. Usually we do not request any proof of language proficiency, but if you have any doubts, please contact us. We will share our students’ experiences, provide full information and examples of materials.
After passing exams on each separate course, MBA students are awarded with international certificates from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, to prove successful course mastering. On the completion of 9 courses, students are awarded with a British MBA diploma.
On-campus tutors adapt course materials to local knowledge and help work out the approaches and tools learned for better application in practice.
Tutor classes are held during the semester every 2 weeks, on Saturdays or Sundays, online in groups.
If you want to gain knowledge but do not need an MBA degree, you can choose only the courses you are interested in and pay only their cost.
Three academic semesters per year. You choose the courses to pass. The duration of one course is 2.5 - 3 months.
