Demonstration lecture “Taste of MBA” on strategic planning
On the 30th of October in Edinburg Business School Timur Sarbayev conducted a demonstration lecture “Taste of MBA” on strategic planning with the topic “Anticrisis Management. Efficient Tools.”
During the demonstration lecture Tymur told about anticrisis tools and at what point is the best to start organization of anticrisis management.
Problems of functional priorities during anticrisis management conducting and what is the best way to implement anticrisis management were also mentioned there.
After the lecture itself a lot of questions appeared to Tymur and he answered them eagerly.
