Over the last decade she worked in advisory and management positions for the US Agency for International Development, US Department of Justice, Millennium Challenge Corporation, European Commission and UNDP programs. She has developed negotiation and conflict resolution training programs for Kyiv-Mohyla Business School [Ukraine], Canadian International Institute of Applied Negotiation, Mediation Center at Carleton University [Canada] and University of Notre Dame [USA]. Anastasiya has taught negotiation, sales and conflict resolution for eight years at kmbs, Kyiv-Mohyla Business School regular and corporate programs.
Upon graduation from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy with a B.A. in Sociology, she got her M.A. in International Studies from the University of Notre Dame [USA]. Anastasiya is a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution practitioner by the Canadian International Institute for Applied Negotiation.
